DELIVERIES
Thinking in your convenience, all deliveries are cost free for you with UPS courier.
We need 1 working day to process your order plus 1 working day to deliver within Spain and 2 working days to deliver within the EU.
Once your order is in the system, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with their Tracking Number, so you can follow at any time through www.ups.com where your parcel is and when is it forecast to be delivered.
We deliver at your home or working centre or hotel where you are lodged in, etc. The UPS courier service delivers from Monday to Friday, during office hours and cannot pre-fix delivery times. The courier will try to deliver for 3 consecutives working days, leaving each time a notification with the UPS contact number. For your easiness in terms of delivery time, we recommend you to use your working centre address.
Deliveries shall be to member countries of the European Union with the exceptions of Non Continental France and Spanish Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. UPS courier does not accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes. If you find yourself in one of those cases, please contact us.
RETURNS
It is very easy and free of cost.
If you don’t want the articles, you have 10 consecutive days to return them back to us. No explanations from your side are needed. You just call UPS courier, they will go and pick up the parcel from you and we will send you back all your money, without any deductions by transport or anything.
Within the parcel you receive, there goes a new UPS bag with a pre-printed label marked as RS (Return Service) For your easiness, you will find your country’s UPS telephone number so you don’t have to look it up. You have to use this UPS bag with the pre-printed label so we receive your return fast and in good conditions. You can only send your return parcel from same country where delivery has taken place.
Before returning the articles please make sure they are in same conditions as delivered to you. Articles and packaging should not be used, washed, damaged or incomplete. All labels have to be properly placed and, if it is a kit, all pieces and parts should come. You can not change one article for another. If your order included several products, you have to send them back together in one envoy. For your safety when you hand over the parcel to the UPS courier, he or she will sign a part of the pre-printed label that you keep as a collection receipt.
As soon as we receive the parcel we will send you a confirmation e-mail about reception and, if everything is OK, with return acceptance.

REFUNDS
Since we send you the return acceptance confirmation e-mail, we will refund fully the amount paid through same payment method you’ve used.
The value date for the Credit or Debit Card shall be the same as the value date of the original debit and consequently you shall not suffer interest losses.
If you’ve paid with PayPal, refund will be made to your PayPal account immediately you’ve received the return acceptance confirmation e-mail. The actual reimbursement to the Credit Card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card but normally should be within 30 days.
